I work from a studio in Forest Row in East Sussex.  Students come from diverse backgrounds including teachers, students, pregnant mothers, equestrians and people living with chronic illness.  I see people change as they learn to use the tools of the Alexander Technique.  For some it is sufficient that the pain in the shoulder/neck goes as they progress through their lessons while others will embark on a journey of personal development and find a new dimension of creativity in their lives.
